Marty Judnich is a licensed attorney in the state
of Montana and a licensed real estate agent. Marty
graduated from the University of Montana school of
law and is an active member of the Missoula
community. Marty is admitted to practice before all
Montana State Courts including the Montana Supreme
court. Marty is also admitted to practice before
Montana U.S. Federal District Court, the Ninth
Circuit Court of appeals, and the United States
Supreme Court (only a handful of Montana attorneys
can say that). I specialize in real estate law and
